Pheeew, am home now. Went to town and actually managed to get maself some hoodies and a couple av jeans on sale. Such bargains. But, i really should stop buyin hoodies. I have way too many in different colours. NO MORE HOODIES!. Anyways, i came to think of somethin wen we were up North. I really should start training seriously. I cant even go up stairs without breathin like am bout to die. Ive always been this person who works out, muscles and all that stuff. A, very athletic and i Know that. I remember for like a year ago, i worked out 6 times a week. 3 times were with the football team, did gym 2 times a week and had group training once a week. My body was banging (it hasnt changed that much though my abs are nowhere to be seen). But this time around, its not bout havin abs(may be a little), but my aim is to start eatin healthier and doin exercise, thus sleepin better. I have trouble sleepin or doin more physical stuff (which my job requires).
So I have bought a gym card. Only one month. I just wanna see how it goes. If all goes well, I will buy a combo card which means I will have access to the swimming poopls, martial arts, group trainings and the gym of course for 6months. Th one month card i have now only gives me access to the gym. Jst takin baby steps. Ggrh, feel sick thinkin botu the cookies and the pizza i shoved in myself. Oh, some advise to yall, DONOT STARVE YOURSELVES. Exercise is the way to go bout loosing weight, sleeping good and having a good life. I personally cant starve myself coz i looove food and sweets and wat not. So wat i do, I eat everything I like durin the day until 1900hrs and then jst drink water but exercise regularly.
